Made from stretchable polyester, these gorgeous wristbands feature a unique design by Ts'msyen (Tsimshian) artist Morgan Asoyuf with the words “Every Child Matters” inscribed in the centre. \"\u003cem\u003eChildren are to be honoured, loved and respected and encouraged to thrive. Its purpose is to advance Reconciliation by funding initiatives that support Indigenous wellness, learning, and culture. In its first year, Every Child Matters Orange Shirt Day proceeds have already funded 250+ scholarships for Indigenous students at 20+ post-secondary institutions, in addition to supporting BC Aboriginal Childcare Society, Urban Native Youth Association, Aboriginal Head Start Association of BC, and more.
